24sure

24sure uses array based techniques to estimate the relative abundance of genomic sequences at the chromosome level. Highly parallel measurement of 3000 genomic regions combined with technical replication delivers over 6000 independent measurements on each sample. 24sure sets new standards of performance in aneuploidy screening.

Robust. Whole chromosome aneuploidy is derived from an average of 250 measurements on every chromosome. Ultra high redundancy and massive replication combined with positive and negative controls and objective QC metrics enable high levels of confidence to be placed in 24sure results.

Objective. Rigorous protocols and automated analysis deliver objective and reproducible results which are not subject to experimental or operator variability.

Rapid yet flexible. Labelling and hybridization may be completed in as little as three hours or left overnight. This combination of speed and flexibility enables 24sure to deliver rapid results while providing complete flexibility over how it is integrated into existing laboratory workflow.
