Sure Laboratories

From August 2009 until December 2010 BlueGnome offered 24sure as a fee for service from its Cambridge laboratory. During this time samples, almost exclusively first polar bodies, have been received from IVF centres throughout the UK.

Summary data from this service is as follows (99% confidence intervals):

• Number of hybridizations is 1765.
  
• Number of consented clinical cases completed is 310, average of 6.43 polar bodies per case.
