Laboratory workflow

24sure has been developed for use in any laboratory that is familiar with PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and associated molecular techniques.

Protocols. The start point of the 24sure protocol is the receipt of a single cell in PBS. All consumables required to complete the 24sure protocol, including DNA extraction and amplification, are available from BlueGnome. 24sure protocols are straightforward and designed to fit the workflow of a high throughput laboratory; minimal tube transfers, documented QC stages and stop points.

Results. The end point of the 24sure protocol is a profile showing the level of imbalance of each genomic region represented on the 24sure or 24sure+ array.

Hardware. Where specialist hardware is required BlueGnome can recommend equipment that is appropriate for the anticipated throughput and available budget of the laboratory.
